A Bible Quiz

Do you like to take quizzes? It seems that many learning apps out there are focused on the quiz style of learning. So today, I am publishing a quiz. There will be answers to follow but why don’t you take the quiz and see where you stand and then check back to see where I stand.

By way of background, this quiz and my ministry is based on several Bible verses and the very obvious Jewishness of the New Testament that is ignored by the gentile church. To the church goer, I look like a lunatic but YeHoVaH (יהךה)explains the problem in Jer 16:19:

O יהוה, my strength and my fortress, My refuge in the day of affliction, The Gentiles shall come to You From the ends of the earth and say, “Surely our fathers have inherited lies, Worthlessness and unprofitable things.” (Jeremiah 16:19, NKJV)

These are the church fathers going back to the 2nd century and leading up to today’s seminary educated pastors. Your pastor has been taught to follow the guy before who followed the guy before, etc. There are several problems here and I’ll get to them…

The Messiah said:

Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. (Matthew 23:9)

Since Y’shua anticipated church fathers and the pope (latin for father), he warned us not to venerate men who seek to be exalted and their corrupt theology by calling them father. He said he hated the deeds of the Nicolaitans. More on that later.

How corrupt? The Catholics brag that there is no scripture that directs the church to worship on Sunday but they are the all-powerful church and they can change יהךה’s word. Boy does YeHoVaH (יהוה) have a surprise for them!

You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God יהוה which I command you. Your eyes have seen what יהוה did at Baal Peor; for יהוה your God has destroyed from among you all the men who followed Baal of Peor. (Deuteronomy 4:2-3)

YeHoVaH יהוה destroyed the pagans in the assembly of Israel who worshiped false God’s.

For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God (יהוה) will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God (יהוה) shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. (Revelation 22:18-19)

Let me point out a translation error in all Bibles, speaking of taking things away from the Book. The word LORD is a title and not a name. It is the Hebrew letters יהוה or yod hay vav hay. It was translated by a Jewish scholar, Nehemia Gordon and a Methodist minister, Keith Johnson recently from the Hebrew text using the Masoretic vowel pointing system as YeHoVaH. This is important in my ministry to help restore the name of God to everybody’s lips. Please note that Hebrew is read from right to left.

There are a small number of instances where the Hebrew language vowel pointing of יהוה’s name is left intact in the Aleppo codex. These Hebrew text “incidents” were somehow overlooked by the Masoretes. Jewish leaders and even high ranking Nicolaitan leaders like the Pope have banned the use of יהוה’s true name. How about that for a twist! Those who we look to as representatives of יהוה won’t use His actual name.

YeHoVaH. Very close to Jehovah but you need to know that the “J” is a letter that has been only recently added to our alphabet. It is not found in Greek or Hebrew. Yeh rhymes with yith. When I was in Jerusalem last month, I was happy to hug my dear friend, the Dead Sea Scrolls scholar, Nehemia Gordon who assisted in getting this information out.

The reason that יהוה’s name is disrespected in the english Bible is because the King James translators learned from orthodox (Pharisee) Rabbi’s that יהוה’s name was too holy to be pronounced. Unfortunately for them that concept is not found in Scripture. If you remember in the New Testament, it is the Pharisees that Messiah denounced and repudiated the most. Yes, the Jews have been massively misled too. Here YeHoVaH is talking to Moses who was confronting Pharaoh:

But indeed for this purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth. (Exodus 9:16)

This is one of many scriptures where YeHoVaH says to use his powerful name. Try it!

There’s another aspect to the Hebrew alphabet related to what the letters mean. For instance, yod means hand. Hay means behold. Vav means nail. This works out to “Hand, behold! Nail, behold!” יהוה’s act of eternal sacrifice is encoded in the name of God! A name that is rich with meaning and humility. It’s a shame that the spirit of Babylon has influenced world-wide ignorance of His name. You can check this out in the book on Hebrew grammar by Gesenius. Remember, it strengthens the adversary for us to omit יהוה’s name. So it’s important to me to address our heavenly Father as YeHoVaH as He desires.

These are some of the principles of my ministry. And now, let’s answer some quiz questions.

The idea of a Bible quiz came to me from the ministry of Chuck Missler where he goes in-depth verse by verse through the Bible in hour long studies and you can take a quiz for a grade through his Koinonia institute. It was a good place for me to start. I found his group to be exclusive and Nicolaitan by nature of its University structure but I don’t hold that against Chuck. Anybody as exceptional in preaching God’s word as Chuck Missler will attract possessive people to their ministry.

No grades here, in case you are wondering. This quiz is aimed to be thought provoking. SO GO FOR IT!
